Return Policy

EASTON MARLEY 

We want you to love your Easton Marley sunglasses, but if they’re not the perfect fit, we make returns easy. You have 14 days from delivery to send them back—no stress.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact Us – Email us at contact@eastonmarley.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions - Once approved, we’ll provide return details along with a prepaid shipping label. If applicable, a $5 label fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Ship It Back – Securely package your sunglasses and send them within 7 days of return approval.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return label is provided, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
• Returns that don’t meet our policy may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or color, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
